The Villa Los Pulus is spread over three floors with the main living areas and kitchen at the entry level. There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate guest toilet, modern fitted kitchen. Ample terraces for sunbathing and a good sized private heated swimming pool. The bedrooms are furnished as 2 doubles and two twins. A child cot and 2 high chairs are also available. The living areas and bedrooms all feature individual remote controlled air-conditioning and heating units. All bathrooms feature both showers and English style baths while the Bedroom One en-suite features a large circular bath with a hand held shower. All the rooms are light and airy, and offer spectacular views across the valley and towards the sea as well as views to La Concha, the iconic mountain of Marbella.

To the south, the Villa has spectacular panoramic sea views towards Puerto Banus. In the near to middle distance you can see the 18th hole of Aloha Golf Course and the Centro Plaza Shopping Centre.
